Flutter Developer PositionWe are looking for an accomplished Flutter Developer to spearhead our cross-platform application development endeavors. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in building and maintaining scalable, accessible, and high-quality Flutter applications across various platforms, with a strong emphasis on Flutter Web.The chosen individual will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver cutting-edge, innovative solutions that meet the highest standards of excellence.Key Responsibilities:● Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter (mobile and web) while adhering to best practices and industry standards.● Implement state management using Provider effectively for scalable applications.● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and improvements.● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following established guidelines.● Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance across platforms.● Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards) for web and mobile apps.● Stay up-to-date with Flutter ecosystem updates, packages, and industry trends.Required Skills and Qualifications:● 3–4 years of professional experience as a Flutter Developer.● Proven experience in Flutter Web development.● Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Provider for state management.● Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering pipeline.● Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.● Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.Bonus Skills:● Experience building animations and smooth UI transitions in Flutter.● Knowledge of Accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA).● Familiarity with performance optimization and app lifecycle management.Exposure to other state management approaches (e.g., Riverpod, BLoC, Redux)],
