We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Resident to join our medical team.

Job Description
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Perform surgical procedures and interventions as required, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff and residents, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless patient care.
  • Pursue clinical research opportunities and contribute to publications in reputable medical journals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to hospital policies and medical standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold an MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
  • Posess a postgraduate degree (MD/MS) in the relevant specialty.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical and surgical skills in the respective field.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is essential.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and education is mandatory.
