Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to streamline and manage our end-to-end release management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using industry-leading tools.
  • Work extensively with Git-based version control (branching, merging, pull requests) to ensure efficient collaboration.
  • Automate deployments across multiple orgs, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with developers and admins to ensure smooth release cycles, driving business success.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance, implementing best practices for scalability, governance, and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Git workflows and repository management, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and management (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps), ensuring efficient automation.
  • Familiarity with Metadata, SFDX, and change sets, facilitating seamless data exchange.
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms and Linux-based environments, enabling adaptability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, providing a solid foundation.
  • Bonus: DevOps-related certifications, demonstrating expertise.
