About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Search Engine Optimization Strategist to lead our organic growth efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing a scalable SEO strategy that drives business results.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with global business objectives, mentor junior team members, and influence stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, technical, local/hyperlocal, and international domains
  • Conducting keyword research and intent analysis to inform content planning
  • Performing site audits and resolving crawl, indexing, page-speed, and Core Web Vitals issues
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, rankings, conversions, and organic revenue
  • Mentoring and coaching SEO team members
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in leadership or management
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and dashboard tools
  • Technical SEO skills, including HTML/CSS, schema markup, hreflang, crawl/index optimization, and site architecture
  • Advanced keyword modeling, A/B testing, and optimization of CTR and conversion metrics
  • Strong data analysis and dashboard building skills using Looker Studio/Data Studio, Excel, and attribution tracking
