Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions.

About the Role:

  • Lead or participate in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Payroll, from initial requirements gathering to post-go-live support and optimization.
  • Develop, test, and maintain complex payroll formulas to meet client-specific needs.
  • Configure payroll module and tailor solutions to align with client requirements for seamless operations and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure effective payroll operations and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimize solutions for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Payroll.
  • Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations with proven results.
  • Hands-on experience with developing and maintaining complex payroll formulas.
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve complex challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Ability to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
