Front Desk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our front desk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing front desk duties, check-ins/check-outs, billing, and responding to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk functions, ensuring seamless operations and timely issue resolution.
  • Supervise front office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Administer front office tasks, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and guest services.
  • Implement policies, systems, and processes to improve front desk efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in 4/5 star hotels.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and supervisory abilities.
  • Degree in hotel management or related field preferred.
