Job Description

An Interior Designer plays a crucial role in creating visually appealing and functional spaces for clients. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent creative thinking skills, enabling you to design Modular spaces based on client conversations. Strong communication skills are also essential for regular interactions with clients to assess their needs and adjust your approach accordingly. Staying updated on the latest Interior Design trends and landscape is vital to provide top-notch ideas to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Owning the Sales funnel drive Sales Closure.
  • Owning Customer Experience during a project.
  • Leading and owning quality accuracy of design deliverables.
  • Owning an end-to-end Project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as an Interior Designer, you will need:

  • Graduation or relevant Diploma.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Interior Design.
  • Led and delivered at least 2-4 Residential Modular KWS projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics functionality, module planning) and Civil works Services (specifications installation details).
  • Project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
  • Behaviours of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity Ethics, Crisp meaningful communication.
  • A high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
