About the Role

We're seeking an innovative builder of AI-driven systems. This individual will transform great ideas into repeatable, automated processes using GenAI tools.

This is an Individual Contributor role for a thought partner + doer who's passionate about process, savvy with product, and excited to harness AI to reimagine how teams work.

  • Partner with leaders to capture and systemize their ways of working into scalable playbooks.
  • Utilize GenAI tools to rapidly build workflows, dashboards, and digital products that evolve with the organization.
  • Embed AI into systems for prediction, copiloting, and decision support, making processes smarter over time.
  • Apply a product mindset-designing for usability, adoption, and scale.
  • Guide stakeholders with patience while helping them embrace AI-powered ways of working.
  • Continuously spot gaps, experiment with tools, and design better, faster ways to work.
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements
  • Experience in digitizing processes into products, workflows, or platforms.
  • Strong AI & product curiosity-hands-on with GenAI tools for automation, dashboards, and system design.
  • Track record of building digital systems to support processes at scale.
  • Excellent stakeholder management-able to partner with senior leaders and bring clarity to complexity.
  • A self-starter and rapid learner who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
