Lead Data Engineer and Cloud Platform Programs

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineering Program Manager to lead large-scale data engineering and cloud platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, data engineering, and cloud computing.

The successful applicant will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data engineering and cloud programs, ensuring seamless integration and effective solutions across multiple platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data strategies that drive business growth and optimize performance.
  • Manage data ecosystems including data lakes, warehouses, and real-time analytics systems.
  • Oversee solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP with a focus on optimization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with vendors for smooth integration and delivery of data engineering and cloud programs.
  • Guide and mentor teams while engaging stakeholders with clear updates on progress, risks, and solutions.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Extensive experience in Data Engineering, Cloud, and AI program management.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale ecosystems and enterprise data platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery; knowledge of GenAI/Agentic AI is a plus.
  • Strong program management skills with tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Project.
  • Technical knowledge in SQL, NoSQL, Python, Spark/Kafka, DBT, etc.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills.
