Job Opportunity: Lead Architect

  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Project Leadership: Direct the comprehensive planning, design, and execution of architectural and master planning projects to ensure high-quality outputs and timely project delivery.
    2. Feasibility Analysis: Collaborate with land acquisition teams to assess project feasibility and prepare necessary test-fits.
    3. Stakeholder Coordination: Work with sales, project managers, and consultants to synchronize space programs and project timelines.
    4. Meetings Management: Schedule and lead project kick-off and weekly review meetings with consultants and internal teams to ensure progress and address challenges.
    5. Consultant Review: Critically evaluate and provide constructive feedback on consultant deliverables throughout various stages of project development.
    6. Standards Compliance: Support all planning, design, and implementation activities in accordance with established protocols.
    7. Reporting and Proposals: Develop comprehensive feasibility reports, design proposals, and engaging presentations tailored for internal and external stakeholders.
    8. Cross-disciplinary Collaboration: Partner with MEP engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to refine and finalize design concepts.
    9. Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all designs comply with Indian building codes and standards.
    10. Site Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality, provide guidance, and document observations.
    11. Design Solutions: Address design-related challenges proactively, offering effective solutions to construction teams with necessary technical guidance.
    12. Final Inspections: Oversee snagging and final inspections prior to project handover, ensuring completion meets all specifications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch): Mandatory qualification for this role.
  • Master's Degree in Architecture or Urban Planning: Advantageous for career advancement.
  • English Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery is essential.
  • Software Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of SketchUp and hands-on experience are required; familiarity with USGBC and Revit is an added advantage.
  • Work Experience: Prior experience working on-site is beneficial.
