Database Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily operations to support business goals
  • Optimize database performance by tuning SQL calls
  • Collaborate with management on long-term operational plans
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics for day-to-day performance
  • Perform technical troubleshooting to diagnose and correct data and database issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4 years of MySQL management experience
  • Experience with HA Proxy, ProxySQL or MaxScale
  • Working knowledge with AWS database technologies like Aurora, RDS
  • Ability to work with Linux/Unix based OS Environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and professional skills
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
