Data Analyst Role

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Data Analyst to support the development of data management systems. This key position plays a vital role in our cross-functional team, responsible for analyzing and validating data content, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and validate data content of files to be ingested into our data management systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the ingestion process by identifying and resolving discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business needs, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement data validation and quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of data management systems, working closely with technical teams to design and implement solutions.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in health informatics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in data analysis and data management, with a focus on healthcare data.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as SAS, R, and Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, and project management methodologies.

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
