We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Fabric Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating original and unique digital designs for fabric and garments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Digital Design Development
  • Create original embroidery techniques, textile designs, patterns, prints, weaves, and innovative materials that meet the latest fashion trends and consumer preferences.
  • Develop color palettes and experiment with dyeing techniques, laser techniques, and material mixing to produce high-quality and sustainable fabrics.
  • Research the latest fashion, textiles, and consumer trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  1. Fabric Selection
  • Select suitable fabrics and materials based on design requirements and functionality to ensure optimal performance and durability.
  • Source sustainable or innovative materials when needed to reduce environmental impact.
  1. Technical Skills
  • Utilize industry-leading software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CAD to create digital designs that meet brand standards.
  • Understand textile production processes, including weaving, knitting, printing, and dyeing to ensure seamless execution.
  • Create technical specifications for manufacturers to ensure accurate production.
  1. Collaboration
  • Work closely with fashion designers, product developers, and manufacturers to ensure designs align with the overall brand vision and strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand target audiences and market trends to inform design decisions.
  1. Prototyping and Sampling
  • Develop prototypes and samples to test designs and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure designs meet expectations and production feasibility.
  1. Quality Control
  • Ensure final textiles meet quality standards and design specifications to maintain brand reputation.
  • Address any issues during production to minimize delays and costs.
  1. Sustainability and Innovation
  • Explore eco-friendly materials and sustainable production methods to reduce environmental impact.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and innovations in textile design to remain competitive.

  1. Education
