Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets set by the company, focusing on broking revenue, future and options (F&O), and cross-selling third-party products like mutual funds, PMS, AIF, insurance, LAS, IPO, and in-house products.

Service excellence is paramount, with a strong emphasis on customer advisory and operational issues. The successful candidate must provide timely solutions to differentiate the company in this segment.

To achieve revenue targets, the candidate will need to effectively sell broking and cross-selling products launched by the company. This includes generating interest income and understanding clients' profiles to suggest optimal portfolio and asset allocation strategies.

The individual must improve and maintain client activity ratios by activating clients across various segments.
