Program Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our EdTech initiatives. This individual will be responsible for overseeing student batches from onboarding to successful completion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing students, mentors, and operational processes in EdTech programs.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Run student batches end-to-end - from onboarding to successful completion.
    • Ensure classes, timelines, and outcomes stay on track.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between students, mentors, and our team.
    • Monitor student engagement, track progress, and provide support when needed.
    • Support mentors in delivering high-quality sessions.
    • Develop and improve post-sales processes to enhance the student experience.
    • Track key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.) and use data to drive program improvements.
    • Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to optimize the overall experience.
    • Identify and resolve issues promptly (dropouts, delays).

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in EdTech program management.
  • Strong track record of solving operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with data and reporting tools.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams.
