Job Title: Demand and Supply Chain Coordinator

This role will play a crucial part in driving accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory management, and seamless supply chain execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights.

This includes leading regular forecast review meetings to drive consensus across business functions, as well as collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and analyzing forecast accuracy, identifying root causes for variances, and driving continuous improvement

  • Leveraging ERP systems to create data-driven, actionable plans

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with global teams and time zones
