Job Description

The role requires a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating visually compelling content that effectively communicates key messages to our target audience. This includes designing creative PowerPoint and interactive InDesign presentations, brochures, research reports, etc.

This role will involve working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to develop effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs creative development and execution of design projects that apply and evolve company's visual design identity and brand
  • Lead and coach a team of designers
  • Review and approve all creative assets, providing constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Create and maintain high-quality visual content for company brand in both digital and print communications
  • Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct information
  • Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes marketers, art directors, and design managers in order to create compelling designs
  • Translate information about the business and stakeholders into designs that are visually enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in visual communications, graphic design or an art school with a significant equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of business-to-business print and digital marketing collateral
  • A high level of proficiency using Adobe Suite, including InDesign Interactive, Illustrator, and Photoshop, along with a good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing
  • An appreciation for and awareness of emerging design trends in print and digital
  • Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment
