As a senior product design manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the UX strategy for our platform, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

  • Manage and mentor designers to achieve their full potential">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">

- 3+ years of experience managing people and/or leading design teams

">

- 14+ years of experience in UX Design and/or Interaction Design field

">

- Strong skills in Information Architecture

">

- Expertise in one or more of the following enterprise product spaces: IT Security Management, IT Operations Management, Security Operations, HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management (CSM), or Finance & Legal

">

- Expert with Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, or other design tools

">

- Ability to do rapid prototyping in Axure, Keynote, Framer, Principle or similar tools

">

Preferred Qualifications:

">

- Knowledge of web design technologies (HTML, CSS)

">

- Experience working in an agile or incremental manner

">

- Experience working with tools such as ServiceNow, Miro, or

">
