AEM Frontend Developer Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned frontend developer to join our team and contribute to the creation of engaging and dynamic web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building responsive, user-friendly interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visually appealing frontend components using AEM Sites.
  • Integrate AEM with React/Angular for enhanced user experiences.
  • Collaborate with backend developers and designers to implement dynamic and responsive web features.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code through unit testing and best practices.
  • Support content authors with technical implementation and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality web applications.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with AEM client libraries, Sightly (HTL), Sling models, and component development.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
  • Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 3+ years of frontend development experience with React or Angular.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and headless CMS.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Target, Analytics, or other Adobe Experience Cloud products.
