Senior Business Solutions Partner

The primary function of this position is to serve as a key member of account teams with sales and other internal stakeholders for our enterprise and mid-market customers.

  • Collaborate with Sales to uncover a customer's current and future states and their goals in order to best position the company's solutions.
  • Develop compelling presentations that illustrate the business value of the company's solutions to customers at all levels.
  • Understand how the company's solutions can fit into a customer's technology stack and the common use cases we can support across systems.
  • Educate customers on the business value of the company's solutions and help them achieve positive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Incredible intelligence and a desire to keep up with aggressive training schedules and maintain up-to-date product certifications.
  • Success in customer service, preferably in the form of Contact Center solutions, marketing, advertising, business intelligence or commerce spaces.
  • Familiarity with CCaaS, AI, CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation, Business Intelligence and Social Media.
  • A methodical and meticulous approach, preparation and execution.
