Job Title: Creative Designer (Video & Static Content)

Company Overview:

LBR is a fast-growing D2C brand in the healthcare industry. We aim to deliver premium products to our customers through innovative design and storytelling across all digital touch points.

Role Overview:

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality videos and static images that drive engagement and sales across our website and social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to bring our brand vision to life while ensuring a cohesive and visually stunning brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and create engaging videos for website banners, social media ads, product pages, and email campaigns.
  • Design visually appealing static graphics for use across all digital platforms (social media, website, ads).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the customer experience.
  • Adapt content for various formats (Instagram Stories, YouTube ads, Facebook posts, etc.).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate the latest design techniques and tools into your work.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in video editing and graphic design (minimum of 24 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your work in video editing and graphic design for websites and social media.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media best practices, and the latest visual trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a D2C brand.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
