Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Supply Chain Optimization Analyst. This key position requires expertise in supply chain management and feature development.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with business unit requirements, supporting enterprise resource planning systems.

  • Develop and implement supply chain optimizations and new features, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.

  • Maintain and enhance existing modules/projects/enhancements, adhering to change control processes and migration to production tenants.

  • Provide support for application upgrades, maintenance, security, and access, as well as monitor ServiceNow queues for urgent requests and ticket assignments.

  • Collaborate with clients and change management teams to document business requirements, participating in on-call rotations with team members for critical off-hours issues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Workday SCM and Finance, with operational or technical support experience.

  • An undergraduate degree is required.

  • Proficiency in report building is essential.
