Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Broker to drive growth and success in our team.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving individual and revenue targets through strategic land transactions (acquisition/disposition) with clients.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with developers in the region is crucial to this role.
  • Collaboration with the execution team will be key in placing deals as per team process.
  • Identifying and acquiring new clients will also be an essential part of this position.
  • Fine-tuning financial models for real estate projects' cash flows will be another critical task.
  • A deep understanding of local building development laws and rules is required.
  • Pitch deck preparation for presentations will also be expected.
  • Providing support for offshore mandates' knowledge requirements will be necessary.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in a related field is required.
  • An MBA in Finance/CA is highly desirable.

Key Skills:

  • Built relationships with developers, landlords, and financial institutions are essential.
  • Closed real estate transactions independently sourced and executed across financing or land sales/purchases/building sales.
  • Developed expertise in financial modeling.
  • Demonstrated financial analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate finance or project finance would be an asset.
  • A basic understanding of financial statements would be advantageous.
