We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team and lead the design, development, and maintenance of cloud-based data warehouses. This is a unique opportunity to work on large-scale data engineering projects and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in data modeling, reporting, and analytics, with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data quality checks. They will also be responsible for optimizing data infrastructure and enhancing overall system performance, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data processing and storage.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define data structures and relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements and be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a technical role in data extracts, analysis, and reporting.
  • Advanced SQL development experience coupled with robust Python or PySpark programming capabilities.
  • Experience building and optimizing ETL pipelines, data modeling, and schema design.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with cloud data warehousing technologies (Snowflake is preferred).
