Job Title:

Lead Design Professional

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled design professional to lead our team in developing innovative marine and coastal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop project work plans, schedules, and submittals by studying project plans and specifications.
  2. Read, understand, and plan according to work specifications and contract responsibilities.
  3. Anticipate project conflicts, communicate preventative action plans, and implement solutions to avoid issues.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with STADD Pro, ETAB (optional), AutoCAD (2D 3D) software.
  • Strong knowledge of marine codes and IS and EURO Codes.
  • Ability to work co-operatively with colleagues, peers, internal and external partners.

Education:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marine Structure or Civil Structures.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in detailed engineering and design of port harbour structures.
  • Strong understanding of planning and design of land side infrastructures.
  • Conversant in marine codes.
Skills:
  • Design of Pile Foundation, Beams, Slabs, Columns, and other associated facilities.
  • Planning Design of Land Side Infrastructures.
  • Marine Codes.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
