We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training Professional to lead our retail learning and development initiatives.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty and personal care training, with experience in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs.
  • Responsibilities include developing and implementing training curricula for Beauty Advisors, field sales, and retail partners to enhance sell-through, service standards, and launch readiness.
  • This role involves creating multi-format content, including decks, playbooks, videos, role-plays, and quizzes, in both Hindi and English.
  • The successful candidate will deliver train-the-trainer sessions, field coaching, and roadshows, as well as monthly masterclasses, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • They will partner with NPD/R&D teams to translate product benefits and INCI information into accurate demos, ensuring compliant claims.
  • This position requires establishing and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and trackers, publishing training calendars, and reporting impact using dashboards.
  • The candidate will oversee the setup of store audits and side-by-sides, addressing basic issues such as grooming, demo rituals, and replenishment cues.
  • They will lead regional trainer recruitment and management, onboard channel trainers, and oversee external academy and vendor partnerships.
  • This role also involves managing the training budget and vendor service-level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in beauty or personal care retail training, with a proven track record of leading pan-India TTT programs.
  • Strong understanding of makeup and skincare, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English, with excellent facilitation and on-camera presentation skills.
  • Advanced data analysis skills, with expertise in Google Sheets/Excel and familiarity with LMS platforms.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and launches, with high travel comfort.
  • Plus: Prior experience in MT/EBO roles, cosmetology certification, or basic visual merchandising (VM) skills.

What We Offer:

  • Ex-BA/Counter Leads can offer great field intuition, but may need testing for content creation and analytics skills.
