We are seeking a skilled and innovative Designer to work on a project-based assignment, focusing on creating custom PowerPoint and Word document templates that align with our organization's branding guidelines. The ideal candidate will be based in Pune and available to work from our office at least three times a week until the project is completed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing and professional PowerPoint and MS Word templates that meet our company's branding requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final designs are of high quality.
- Ensure that the templates are user-friendly, easy to modify, and accessible for various team members within the company.
- Adhere to project deadlines and maintain timely communication with the project manager.
- All materials used must adhere to copyright laws, i.e., stock photos, etc.
Key Deliverables:
- 1 custom PowerPoint template featuring 10 distinct slide layouts for versatile and professional presentations.
- 1 standardized Word document template for company use.
- Revamp the 20-slide company portfolio to ensure consistency with the new template design, maintaining a cohesive and polished look.
- Design 2 variations of email signatures, incorporating company branding and contact details for a professional finish.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design, specifically with PowerPoint and Word templates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and design principles.
Requirements:
- Must be based in Pune and available to come to the office at least three times a week.
- Experience working in corporate or business environments is a plus.
