Project Manager - Real Estate Development

  • As a seasoned Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of large-scale real estate developments, from conceptualization to completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and guide teams.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP certification.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, and other project management software.
  • Experience with construction estimating and cost control.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulatory compliance.
