Job Title: Procurement Specialist

The procurement specialist will be responsible for managing the tendering process and documentation for our organization.

This includes preparing and submitting bids, tenders, quotations, and letters on both online and offline platforms for contracts.

• Responsibilities:
• Preparing Bid Documents: The procurement specialist will prepare bid submission documents, technical financial bids, and documents for e-tendering. This requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical abilities.
• Coordination: He/she will coordinate with internal departments, clients, and other disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
• Documentation Management: The procurement specialist will manage tender submission deadlines and ongoing tenders on government portals, ensuring timely delivery of documents.
• Negotiation and Contract Management: He/she will draft and negotiate agreements and commercial contracts, working closely with stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Communication: Effective communication with clients is essential, as he/she will provide regular updates on project progress.
