About Neo Group:

Neo is a next-generation, focused Wealth and Asset Management platform in India.

We are looking for an experienced software engineer to work successfully in a fast-paced environment including multiple platforms and architectures.

The individual will contribute to the ideation, technical design, implementation, and testing of product features that will transform the capital markets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of agile processes and the related QA lifecycle, JIRA and Scrum methodology.

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with hands-on coding experience in NodeJS, Typescript/Javascript.

The successful candidate will be part of the Engineering team and will collaborate closely with cross-team members and departments.

The key responsibilities of this role include designing & delivering thoughtfully crafted REST APIs, interfaces and database schemas to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.

The candidate should have a foundation-level knowledge and programming experience with fintech lending is a bonus.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex technical environment with high expectations.

A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is a must or equivalent.

The selected candidate will work closely with various stakeholders throughout the SDLC, executing test iterations, tracking & reporting test results, and troubleshooting and coordinating the bug fixes.


Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of NodeJS, Typescript/Javascript
  • Hands-on experience with sql and Nosql database technology: e.g. MySql/Postgresql, MongoDB/Dynamodb
  • Experience building and deploying applications and services into cloud environments (AWS stack)
