• Monitor and analyze system performance using various tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar platforms.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure and application monitoring across diverse environments.
• Utilize strong command-line skills in both Unix/Linux and Windows systems for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Query and analyze data using SQL or NRQL.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth integration of monitoring solutions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in observability and monitoring.
• Hands-on expertise in infrastructure and application monitoring.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or NRQL.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Jenkins, and GitHub.
