Project Management Opportunities

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to assist in managing projects, driving deliverables, and supporting cross-functional teams.

This role offers valuable experience in project management, including planning, execution, and communication with stakeholders, while working closely with engineers, product managers, and key partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning & Execution: Assist in defining and executing complex projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring all technical milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and product teams to understand technical requirements and manage project dependencies.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively work with teams to create mitigation strategies.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Track project progress and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders. Help manage project timelines, resources, and priorities.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain project documentation, track progress, and identify opportunities to improve team processes and workflows.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, changes, and risks to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in project management, project delivery, and technology.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing or participating in projects (coursework, previous internships, or personal projects).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of system design or software engineering principles is a plus.
