Snowflake Data Engineer Job Opportunity

Are you looking for a challenging role as a data engineer where you can utilize your skills in Snowflake development to build and maintain complex data pipelines?

This job requires hands-on experience with Snowflake development, including tasks, streams, stages, file formats, time travel, and warehouse sizing. You should also have a strong understanding of SQL and basic JavaScript stored procedures.

We are seeking a skilled data engineer who can design and implement efficient data models, optimize micro-partitioning, and develop complex SQL queries using window functions, CTEs, and pivots.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake Tasks, Streams, and Stored Procedures
  • Design and implement data models with clustering keys and optimize micro-partitioning
  • Develop JavaScript/SQL stored procedures and UDFs for complex transformations
  • Manage multi-cluster warehouses and implement resource monitors for cost control
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on Snowflake development experience
  • Strong knowledge of Snowflake SQL and basic JavaScript stored procedures
  • Experience with dbt core concepts (models, sources, tests, snapshots)
  • Familiarity with RBAC, data types, and semi-structured data (JSON/XML)
