About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality projects to our clients. This includes leading the delivery effort on our projects, conducting interviews with key stakeholders, and developing process maps to identify gaps and recommend improvement opportunities.

Our team is passionate about driving profitability improvement for clients through operational efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation. We specialize in manufacturing optimization, supply chain management, sourcing and procurement, third-party risk, and merger-integration synergy savings.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Building relationships with client stakeholders by helping them manage and resolve various operational issues
  2. Conducting in-depth research into various markets and industries to analyze client spend data and create project deliverables
  3. Developing financial models (TCO) to understand the true cost of owning a particular good/service, presenting to key decision makers/stakeholders
  4. Evaluating suppliers- pricing proposal to identify cost reduction levers and draft negotiation strategy presentations
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-4 years of prior experience in a consulting firm or industry, specifically in operations, supply-chain and/or procurement
  • Proven problem-solving and time management ability, excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
  • Highly motivated team player with the ability to work autonomously and utilize presentation and interpersonal skills daily
