Job Title: Unit HR Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Professional to lead our team as a Unit HR Head.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for an HR professional to partner with the unit leadership team in implementing HR strategies that support business goals. The successful candidate will foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and continuous communication.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the unit leadership team to implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and continuous communication.
  • Implement the Continuous Performance Management System, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify high-potential employees at the unit and ensure they participate in talent development programs.
  • Collaborate with the corporate HR team to develop individual development plans for employees.
  • Lead the talent acquisition process for the unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Identify training needs within the unit and conduct training programs in collaboration with the corporate L&D team.
  • Lead and mentor the unit HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree in any field plus an MBA in HR.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the role of HR Business Partner.
