Role: As an Associate Growth Manager, you'll drive user and revenue growth through experimentation across paid, organic, product, partnerships, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute experiments to acquire, activate, and retain users.

• Manage campaigns across paid ads, social media, email, SEO, content, and referrals.

• Analyze data to optimize performance and improve funnels and conversions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale growth.

What We're Looking For:

• 0–5 years of experience (internships/projects count; mindset matters more than CV).

• Curiosity, hands-on approach, and love for learning by doing.

• Comfortable with numbers and testing hypotheses (basic Excel/Sheets, GA, or similar).

• Ability to get scrappy and adapt quickly.
