Job Summary:

Senior Cyber Security Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Executive to lead our organization's security posture. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating Information Security risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving security initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and report on Information Security risks, aligning the security posture to protect information assets effectively.
  • Compliance: Review and suggest security controls to support NCDEX compliance and regulatory requirements.
Cyber Security Focus:
  • Cyber Resilience: Strengthen cyber security framework by complying with latest regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Audits: Run regular Cyber security audits as per regulatory requirement.
  • Vulnerability Assessment: Review and analyze data leakage detections, perform vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing activities, and source code review.
Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Strategic Direction: Assist the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in implementing security initiatives such as End Point Backup Solution, 2FA, DLP Implementation, Patch Management activities, and ISO 27001 Implementation.
  • Security Operations Centre (SOC): Lead and manage the SOC, providing strategic directions to the SOC team and the organization for security posture improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Ensure compliance to SLA, process adherence, and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Cyber Security Awareness: Continuously assess current Information security/Cyber security practices and systems, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Training Programs: Create and manage information security/Cyber security awareness training programs for new joiners.
  • Policies and Standards: Review, update, and provide recommendations with respect to Information security policy, Cyber Security policy, and standards.
