We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our engineering team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in mentoring engineers, managing project delivery, and working closely with product and design teams to bring ideas to life.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of full-stack engineers while fostering technical growth and accountability
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business goals
  • Take ownership of project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural guidance and code reviews
  • Identify and address technical blockers to ensure timely delivery of product milestones
  • Build a high-trust, collaborative team culture in line with company values
  • Work with leadership to continuously evolve engineering processes, tools, and best practices as the team scales
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a tech lead.

They must also possess strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java, as well as understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB).

  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
  • Experience in using AI/ML tools to enhance product capabilities or improve development workflows
  • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
