We are seeking a skilled IT support specialist to join our team. This role involves assisting in the maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.">
  • Assist in the maintenance of computers, servers, and networking equipment.">
  • Install and update software across the company's systems.">
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve basic IT problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.">
  • Ensure regular data backups and contribute to the company's data security efforts.">
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, issues, and resolutions in a ticketing or documentation system.">
  • Monitor and maintain the company's local area network (LAN) and internet connectivity.">
  • Support basic IT security tasks, such as ensuring antivirus updates and security patches are applied.">

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in IT support or administration. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, network concepts, and office productivity software.

The successful candidate will also possess good verbal and written communication skills, be able to interact effectively with non-technical staff, and have a basic knowledge of network security and firewall configurations. IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ are desirable.
