  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Strategy & Planning: Establish supplier selection criteria, evaluation processes, and cost-effective procurement policies.
  • Vendor Management & Negotiations: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors for hotel/resort-related purchases.
  • Procurement Operations: Oversee the procurement of FF&E, OS&E, F&B supplies, housekeeping materials, kitchen equipment, and facility maintenance items.
  • Cost Control & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, ethical sourcing, and sustainability standards.
  • Team Management & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Project Managers, Hotel Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams to streamline procurement needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field, and 4+ years of experience in procurement in the hospitality, hotel, or resort industry. They should possess strong negotiation and vendor management skills, excellent knowledge of supply chain management, procurement contracts, and pricing strategies, and proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
