Job Title: Data Analyst

We are looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in SQL, data visualization tools, and product analytics platforms.

Job Description:

The successful Data Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and improving our internal data warehouse and reporting systems. They will write SQL queries to support reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis, design and manage data pipelines, and ensure data quality.

They will also build dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio for various teams, create templates and reports for product funnels, cohorts, and revenue tracking, and set up and maintain tracking for user actions and product features.

The Data Analyst will work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to define data needs, build guides and tools that help others access and understand data, and collaborate with engineering and marketing to validate attribution data.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proficient in SQL, with experience optimizing queries and data models.
  • Experience using Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking and attribution.
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights and work with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt, or Snowflake.
  • Experience in SaaS environments using PLG or freemium models.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style teams.
