Claim Resolution Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Claim Resolution Specialist to join our team. This role involves making calls to US healthcare insurance companies, resolving outstanding claims, and ensuring timely reimbursement for healthcare providers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Making outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims.
  • Reviewing denied/underpaid claims and taking appropriate action for resolution.
  • Understanding insurance guidelines, medical billing, and AR workflows.
  • Documenting all interactions accurately in the system.
  • Meeting daily productivity and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims.
  • Review denied/underpaid claims and take appropriate action for resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A graduate degree is required.
  • 0-3 years of experience in AR calling/medical billing/RCM is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written) are essential.
  • Knowledge of US healthcare process, CPT/ICD codes, and insurance policies is an advantage.
