Senior Front End Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end technologies and a passion for creating efficient, scalable, and accessible web applications.

This role requires a deep understanding of web development best practices, design patterns, and cutting-edge frameworks.

Heres how youll contribute:

  1. Develop and optimize user interfaces using modern web technologies.
  2. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and adaptive web designs.
  3. Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  4. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  5. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.
  6. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  8. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

You will excel by:

Core Skills:

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors like SASS/SCSS/LESS Atomic Design.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks, especially ReactJS and NextJS. State Management with Redux, RTK is good to have.
  • Expertise in TypeScript and familiarity with ES5/ES6.
  • Knowledge of JAMStack architecture and Webpack.
  • Experience with Module Federation and Micro Frontend architectures.
  • Familiarity with ReactJS libraries.
  • Experience with GIT, including branching and merging strategies.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in design thinking and problem-solving.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms and design patterns.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Knowledge of third-party plugins like Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards like PCI, PII/GDPR, Accessibility.
  • Adherence to programming principles like DRY, KISS, SOLID, and IDEAL.
  • Ability to learn, upskill, and lead by example.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with StencilJS.
  • UX design skills and familiarity with tools like Figma.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting.
