YouTube Channel Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced YouTube channel manager to lead our video content strategy and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and scaling YouTube channels, with a strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and audience behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube growth strategy, including subscriber growth, watch time, retention, CTR, and engagement.
  • Plan and manage content calendar, including frequency, formats, playlists, and uploads.
  • Optimize content for YouTube SEO, including metadata, titles, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions.
  • Run A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and posting schedules.
  • Track and analyze audience behavior and analytics to refine strategy in real-time.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience managing and scaling YouTube channels.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and audience behavior.
  • Proficiency with YouTube Studio, Analytics, Google Trends, TubeBuddy, and VidIQ.
  • Balance of creative storytelling and data-driven decision making.
  • Proactive, independent, and growth-focused mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience with infotainment channels.
