Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Efficiently managing incoming cases or service requests from internal or external stakeholders.
  • Participating in the assessment and triage of privacy-related incidents and concerns on a global scale.
  • Prioritizing and categorizing cases based on urgency and impact, adhering to established protocols and SLAs.
