EDI Professional

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled EDI professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our EDI processes within the Enterprise IT Platform organization.

• Key responsibilities include handling and supporting Babelway EDI platform as well as other integration platforms.
• You will work closely with business and internal/external customer/partner teams to ensure proper identification of requirements, implementation, and rollout of interfaces.
• Additionally, you will support global EDI trading partners connecting them to our handled service platform through various protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and maintenance of operational EDI interfaces.
• Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of planned improvements within agreed levels of quality.
• Establish and follow an appropriate stage-gate style process for new projects.
• Track and maintain project and routine activity metrics.
• Ensure a high level of accuracy during routine and project activities.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with JSON/XML formats is mandatory.
• Practical experience with BabelWay platform is an advantage.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience within the EDI area and trading hubs is necessary.
• Ability to define customer requirements and translate them into working EDI interfaces.
• Good understanding of IT operational processes and structured ways of working.
