Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Resource Management Group Plus Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely closure of monthly books.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase, Sales, and Journal Entries
The ideal candidate will record and reconcile purchase and sales transactions in accounting software, prepare and post journal entries for adjustments, accruals, and corrections, and ensure accurate ledger maintenance.
Bank Payments and Receipts
The successful candidate will process vendor and supplier payments through banking portals, record customer receipts, and follow up for payment confirmations, while maintaining supporting documentation for all banking transactions.
Bank Reconciliation
The selected candidate will prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts, investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and books, and coordinate with banks for any transactional issues.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Experience with accounting software and a strong understanding of financial principles are essential.
