Service Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with quality standards and safety guidelines.

This role involves working with customers to identify opportunities to improve their operations and eliminate pain points, performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.

  • Working with the customer to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Executing field service tasks, including troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-6 years of experience in servicing electrical equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
