Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead a multi-location Finance and Accounting delivery team for a prominent retail brokerage client.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for end-to-end service delivery across multiple processes, driving transformation, client satisfaction, and people development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage delivery of finance services across various processes for a global client.
  • Lead a team of professionals across multiple sites, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure end-to-end service delivery aligned with contractual service level agreements (SLAs) and executive-level expectations.
  • Champion transformation initiatives leveraging technology, analytics, and process improvement to drive business growth.
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders and maintain relationships at the executive level.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma frameworks to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Candidate Profile:
  • Finance Qualifications: Chartered Accountant preferred; alternatively, a commerce graduate/postgraduate from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 10+ years in Finance and Accounting operations, with strong hands-on experience in managing large-scale financial portfolios.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing teams of professionals, driving growth, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Client Management: Proven ability to work with international stakeholders, maintaining relationships, and delivering value.
  • Transformation: Track record of delivering value through process optimization, automation, and analytics.
  • Mindset: Proactive, agile, analytical, and solutions-driven, with a customer-centric approach.
