Job Title :

We are seeking a seasoned Software Quality Assurance Specialist to collaborate with our development and QA teams. The role involves streamlining the testing process, working closely with developers to understand functionality and potential risk areas, and ensuring software products meet high-quality standards through efficient and effective testing practices.

Responsibilities :

  • Create detailed test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Execute manual test cases to ensure that the software is functioning as expected.
  • Identify, document, and track defects (bugs) found during testing.
  • Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been fixed.
  • Participate in team meetings and discussions to contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding testing progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in performing manual testing.
  • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write comprehensive test plans outlining scope, objectives, strategy, and resources for testing.
